I had an account on Sketchub. But due to some error my phone reset so lost all my information can i get back my account

You have 2 Sketchub accounts...

  1. Reply with the first 4 letters of your other Sketchub account's email address.
    OR
  2. Send us an email at support@sketchub.in with your other Sketchub account's email address.

If you don't have access to your other account which was used to sign into Sketchub, then please follow the steps below:

  1. Join the Sketchub Discord Server.
  2. Open a private ticket.
  3. State your Sketchub password for the email account that you are trying to recover.

We will verify if the password you sent matches with the current password of your Sketchub account and if the password was correct, the email address will be given to you in the private ticket. I suggest that you change your Sketchub password immediately after you get access to your account.

        TheLabScientist Hello, I also have the same issue. I had a device which I was using from 4 years, recently it broke. Now I am in new device, I tried all possible emails to log in, but it didn't worked. Either I really forgot the email address I used, or it is a bug from the platform itself.
