Dear Sketchub Team,
I hope you are doing well. I have been a long-time user and supporter of Sketchub, and I truly appreciate the effort and dedication that went into developing this platform. However, I have noticed that the app has not been updated or maintained for a long time and has also been removed from the Google Play Store. Many users, including myself, still find Sketchub incredibly valuable, and we would love to see it continue to grow and improve.
If active development is no longer possible from your side, I would like to request that you consider open-sourcing Sketchub. By making the source code publicly available, you can allow passionate developers and contributors from the community to help maintain, improve, and expand its functionalities. This would ensure that Sketchub remains a useful platform for those who rely on it while also encouraging innovation and collaboration.
I am a cross-platform developer with over nine years of experience, and I strongly believe I can contribute to Sketchub’s development and bring meaningful improvements to the platform. If you are open to this idea, I would be more than happy to assist in managing and maintaining the project.
I understand that making a project open-source involves careful consideration, and I would love to discuss any concerns or conditions regarding this process. Please let me know if this is something you would be willing to consider. I, along with many others in the community, would greatly appreciate the opportunity to contribute to Sketchub and keep it alive for future users.
Looking forward to your response.
