You were NOT banned for putting Happy New Year in a project description. You WERE banned for putting a damned APK inside of a zip file and uploading as an Android Studio Project, which IS exploitation of OUR policy. Had you bothered to actually read OUR rules, you would know that uploading APKs in any method WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, thus a ban. Have a HAPPY NEW YEAR, and maybe make some resolutions to actually start reading a Service's User Policy to actually know what is and is not allowed.
